Maximizing Past, Present and Future Time Frames
Part I
2:45pm - 3:45pm
To master time on a personal level, is to become skilled at three separate cognitive processes.
The 'present' is your moment to moment experience of reality and is all there ever really is.
The "past" is actually your experience and use of memories in the present moment.
The 'future' is your experience and use of your imagination in the present moment.
Effective processes for managing all three time frames are necessary to utilize time masterfully.
The Present
The first and most important skill of personal time mastery is Present Moment Awareness and Productivity. Your life will never be better than the quality of your present moments, so learning how to make your present moments better, as a natural habit, is an invaluable skill.
Present Moment Awareness
Learn specific techniques for being more present in the moment
Increase how often you are highly present

Identify resources that only your own personal history can give you
Learn to use your past to feel better in the present
The Resourceful Past Process
Your own experiences and memories are often refereed to as your 'personal history'. they contain invaluable lessons, resources and insights that are available for your use any time you need them. But your past is an incredible resource ONLY if you know how to access and utilize it.
This process will show you how to use your personal history as an extraordinary resource. It will teach you how to make thinking about your past a positive and extremely useful experience.
The problems of the present often persist in in the present and into the future indefinitely, until the past is utilized to fix them.
This module will show you how to resolve issues from your past that may be troubling you.
