This workshop is an exquisite moral booster.

The presentation begins as Alexander presents the key distinctions he discovered during a two year modeling project designed to identify the key processes of creativity, genius and innovation.

The creativity thinking patterns of Walt Disney are covered in detail. They are followed by the thinking and feeling patterns of genius
exemplified by Leonardo Divine.

Finally, the specific questions and criteria used to stimulate innovation, drawn from Peter Druker's work, are developed and explored in detail.

These initial themes are then applied to your specific challenges and current obstacle in an upbeat "round robin" session. Everyone is invited to participate and join in as a brainstorming and creativity session par excellence unfolds.

The result is a refreshing new way of solving problems and a breakthrough in both the number and the quality of new ideas and solutions.

This presentation is accompanied by Alexander's original mind map. For some companies this workshop has had a very positive effect on sales and marketing strategy.

Participants come away with an expanded perception of what is possible, a new way of looking at old familiar problems and difficulties as well as an improved ability to solve problems. This unique session often results in innovative ideas with bottom line results.

The Kaizen Team Building Experience

This unique team building workshop introduces some of the key concepts of Gemba Kaizen, which is the practice of ongoing and incremental improvement at the place of action.

In the training, team members apply Kaizen concepts directly to themselves and to the most critical processes currently effecting their team's overall performance.

Personal Gemba Kaizen™

Gemba means 'the real place' or 'the place of action' and Kaizen is Japanese for 'ongoing improvement'. So Gemba Kaizen literally translates to " incremental and ongoing improvement at the place of action".

Kaizen is most famous for it's use in manufacturing companies and it's amazing ability to increase productivity and output by raising standards, minimizing defects and eliminating waste. But Kaizen is actually the art of improvement itself.

Over the past five years, I have created a set of special interventions and techniques based on the original Kaizen model put forth by Masaaki Imai.

The result is an original model I call Personal Gemba Kaizen™. The process is highly effective for solving individual and team related issues, and for incrementally improving the processes that most effect the group dynamics potential of any team.
