The Mastery of Beliefs
This training will teach you how to work masterfully with beliefs. Beliefs are generalizations about time, meaning or boundaries.
Because our beliefs are self-fulfilling prophesies it is essential to be able to work skillfully with our own beliefs.
You'll learn to:
Recognize beliefs and identify the specific structure of any belief in detail.
How to strengthen and intensify beliefs so they operate on their own as self fulfilling prophesies.
How to identify unconscious beliefs in yourself and others.
How to identify which beliefs would serve you best.
How to create beliefs and make them stable configurations in consciousness that move through time.
How to change unwanted and unresourceful beliefs.
Identify your most limiting beliefs and create new more resourceful beliefs to displace them.
Learn a set of meta-beliefs that act as catalysts for increasing your potential geometrically. They increase the rate at which you learn and improve, raise the level and increase the frequency of peak performance states you spend time in, and cause numerous positive and generative change automatically.
Practice creating and using beliefs to shape a new and improved identity, facilitate your most important outcomes, increase your most important capabilities, solve problems and integrate more quality and effectiveness into any system and expand what you personally consider to be possible.

Optimum State Management
In this training we work with numerous peak performance states such as flow, momentum, transcendence and conviction.
You'll also identify, amplify and utilize designer performance states that are uniquely important to you. This module will show you how to identify your own unique optimum performance states, dwell in them for longer periods of time and trigger them when you need them most.
A Designer Self Image
The importance of your self image cannot be over-emphasized. The self image acts much like a thermostat in that it keeps your performance in a zone of comfort. When you expand the self image and you increase the 'zone' of performance you're capable of.
First, we'll cover the basic B.R.E.C.A.S.™ Pattern of Manifestation.
This dynamic process will teach you five of the most powerful laws of creation, and how to use them to manifest your most cherished desires more quickly and automatically. Not to mention, more congruently as well.
B.R.E.C.A.S.™ is a manifestation process par excellence. It's also one of the most magical techniques I've ever created.

Once you're familiar with the basic process, we're going to take the art of manifesting to warp speed. Advanced applications of the B.R.E.C.A.S.™ pattern include:
Special applications and use of intention, attention and imagination.
How to make your manifestations stable in time.
Increasing the awareness of constantly being in communication with the universe.
Increasing your awareness of what is being brought to you as resources in answer to your intentions.
How to accelerate the manifestation process so circumstances appear very quickly. This includes establishing a more thorough level of ecology.
The #1 Awareness™
is a set of meta-awarenesses that allow you to observe the contents of your own mind on multiple levels. This process allows you to identify, observe and then re-direct limiting and unresourceful self talk, images and associations with ease.
The Momentum Pattern™
This is a pattern I modeled over a nine month period of time in 2001. It will add to your life the experience of manifesting the optimum resource you need as an ongoing experience.
The effects of this pattern were best described by one of my students who said "The perfect resource I need just seems to show up automatically".
Kaizen and Getting Better Faster
This course includes a unique module called Personal Gemba Kaizen™.
Kaizen or incremental improvement, is one of the finest strategies of excellence I've ever come across.
You'll learn how to apply it to solve problems and make improvements in your personal life.
In addition to Personal Gemba Kaizen, I'll also be including the Getting Better Faster technique from my Mental Game Mastery course.
Together these two techniques make this section of the training a state of the art module in learning how to rapidly increase your level of improvement, problem solving and progress.
Gemba means 'the real place' or 'the place of action' and Kaizen is Japanese for 'ongoing improvement'. So Gemba Kaizen literally translates to " incremental and ongoing improvement at the place of action".
Kaizen is most famous for it's use in manufacturing companies and it's amazing ability to increasing productivity and output by raising standards, minimizing defects and eliminating waste. But Kaizen is actually the art of improvement itself.
Over the past five years, I have created a set of special interventions and techniques and added them to the original Kaizen model put forth by Masaaki Imai.
The result is an original model I call Personal Gemba Kaizen™. The process is highly effective for solving personal and behavioral related problems and improving incrementally in any area of your life, from character building to self esteem; from your golf game to your relationship with your children or your spouse.
Getting Better Faster
The Getting Better Faster technique has been a favorite among my corporate training and consulting clients and was created using Andrew Agassi as the model.
It will teach you how to take any skill you want to develop and increase the number of distinctions you can notice, the quality of those distinctions, how often you notice them and how quickly you implement them.
This module is in my book, Mastering the Mental Game and has been a favorite among my corporate clients such as The Bluegreen Land and Golf Corporation.
Fear Into Power
One of the most valuable aspects of personal empowerment and mastery is the ability to turn blocks into the very catalysts that accelerate your success.
This section will cover special techniques for identifying the things that are stopping you, then causing those very 'stops' to automatically trigger you into action.
The result of improving this one skill is that you become automatically empowered to do whatever it takes to accomplish your objectives. Your old blocks will literally trigger new resourceful responses.
When you remove what's stopping you, you become unstoppable.
This module of the training is not a 'ropes' course or metaphorical fire walk experience. This is the actual set of mental patterns and change techniques that turn a stuck state into an automatic catalyst for empowered action.
You'll be learning a systematic and reliable way to expand your comfort zone. It involves three specific skills:
Identify the specific patterns and causes (conscious or unconscious) that have been preventing your from attaining your most cherished goals and dreams, or that are keeping you from greater levels of accomplishment and fulfillment.
Identify and specify the exact new action and resource you want and make sure it's ecological.
Turn the old block into an automatic trigger.
This is the single most popular and most requested training module I have ever taught in my 17 years as a trainer.
Excitare is Latin for "to awaken".
This process will allow you to do two things that are quite rare in personal development seminars, mentoring and coaching. They are:
Identify the exact subconscious patterns that prevent you from attaining your full potential.
Discover new, more resourceful patterns to use in their place.
When I do uptime for someone, the frequent response is 'Wow, I never realized I do that ." People are most often astonished and amazed to have had revealed to them something they never realized was a part of their behavior, but which has now become obvious.
I often suggest a number of unique resources that are structurally similar to a limitation but which are infinitely more resourceful.
This allows the new resources to be paced into your reality much more quickly and easily. These resources are offered as choices to consider using in place of the limiting pattern.
