Alexander Van Buren is a trainer, behavioral modeler and hypnotist.
He is president and CEO of Alexander Industries Inc., a training and development firm based in Las Vegas Nevada.
in 1997 he founded the NLP Institute of Nevada, where he conducts ongoing behavioral modeling projects to elicit the finest distinctions of excellence in personal and professional development.
Modeling projects
He has been contracted by fortune 500 companies to behaviorally model their best performers. In 2002 he was hired by the Bluegreen Land and Golf Corporation to model their best sales people and referral getters.
In 1999 he spent two years reading Leonardo Divinchi's notebooks on a daily basis while modeling Walt Disney's creative process in detail.
He is the inventor of over 55 original patterns of excellence including The Values Dashboard, The momentum Pattern, The Ultimate Referral System, The New Resource Generator, The Champions Outcome Frame, and The Levels of Leverage Model.

Alexander's published works include This One Thing and Mastering The Mental Game. Some of his original NLP patterns have been published in Anchor Point Magazine and in The Sourcebook of Magic. (Crown House Publishing)
