These seminars are not like traditional NLP trainings.
About 50-75% of the time you'll actually be practicing your skills in an exercise.

Expect lots of round-robin sessions and group exercises to keep it fun and moving and to give you an opportunity to increase your flexibility by working with a variety of different people.
