My coaching is very outcome oriented. Well forming your outcomes, clarifying where and when new behaviors, beliefs or points of view are necessary, laying out precise time lines, and identifying precise resources are just some of the things that make my executive coaching an effective way to achieve change and improvement rapidly.

My area of expertise is NLP, which is the art of modeling the structure of excellence in detail.

I have acquired a multitude of exceptional models of excellence to use as resources in our coaching. They're effective in virtually every area of business from managing your time to delegating to sales and marketing.

Change patterns and specific interventions

The many change patterns and interventions of NLP are a veritable goldmine of resources for personal and professional change.

Mapping across behaviors from one area to another, changing personal history, future pacing (installing resources in your future), and anchoring resourceful emotional states are just a few of the patterns that make my coaching an excellent resource for staying on track and creating the change you want.

Unconscious patterns

NLP is especially effective in helping you identify specific patterns of thinking and responding that are holding you back, but which you're currently not conscious of.

These patterns constitute personal constraints on your ability to utilize your full potential. The ability of an NLP coach to identify them and remove them is one of the best reasons to choose NLP coaching over other forms of business coaching.
