2. Who is your customer? Describe your target market and how you reach or plan to reach them and what's special about what you offer them?

3. What methods have worked best for you in the past, to bring you business and make you sales? How did you get your current customers? If you're in a new business, how do you plan to get new customers?

4. What are your strengths and weaknesses? What are those of your business?
What opportunities do you see in the market place? What threats are you aware of?

5. What needs to be improved in your business? What change or changes would make the biggest difference?

6. What's the biggest challenge for your new business? What troubles you the most?

7. What marketing and advertising techniques do you currently use or plan to use? How have they been working for you?

8. What part of your business do you enjoy the most? The least? How much of your time do you spend doing things you don't like?

9. What's your dream business? Describe how you'd like your business to look ideally - if you had unlimited resources and create any business you want. What would you be doing most of the time?

10. Is there anything else you'd like us to include in this training for you? Please feel free to describe any specific needs or requests.
