He is president and CEO of Alexander Industries Inc., a training and development firm based in Las Vegas Nevada.

in 1997 he founded the NLP Institute of Nevada, and LasVegasSeminars.com, and began teaching a variety of workshops, seminars and trainings.

Alexander and his modeling team conduct ongoing behavioral modeling projects to elicit the finest distinctions of excellence in a variety of personal and professional development areas.

Behavioral modeler

Alexander is a Master Practitioner and trainer of NLP, which is the art and science of modeling the structure of excellence with precision.

He has been contracted by fortune 500 companies to model their best performers. In 2002 he was hired by the Bluegreen Land and Golf Corporation to behaviorally model their best sales people and referral getters.

In 1999 he spent two years reading Leonardo Divinchi's notebooks on a daily basis while modeling Walt Disney's creative process in detail. The result was a stream of original models, interventions and trainings that put him on the fringe of cutting edge development in behavioral change patterns, interventions and trainings.

He is the inventor of over 55 original patterns of excellence including The Values Dashboard™, The Momentum Pattern™, The Ultimate Referral System™, The New Resource Generator™, The Champions Outcome Frame™, and The Levels of Leverage Model™ and The Day End Review™.
