In 1997, he founded the NLP Institute of Nevada and began teaching unique trainings to help Vegas area professionals improve their personal and professional lives.
Van Buren’s area of expertise is behavioral modeling. Behavioral modeling is the art of eliciting the structure excellence in detail so that it can be duplicated with precision.
After spending 3 years learning how to ‘model something’ Alexander conducted his first modeling project in 1997. Determined to “elicit the structure of creativity in detail”, he read Leonardo Divinchi’s notebooks every day for two years while studying Walt Disney’s actual creative process and Peter Drucker’s concepts on innovation.
He was forever changed by the project which made him spontaneously ambidextrous and loosed a flood of creative ideas. Over the next few years he modeled and created over 55 original behavioral patterns of excellence including The Values Dashboard™, the Getting Better Faster Pattern™, The New Identity Generator™ , The Momentum Pattern™, Masterful Decision Making™ and many more.
In 2002 he was hired by the Bluegreen Land & Golf Corporation to model their top sales people and referral getters. His “Champions Referral Pattern” and “29 Secrets Of Great Mortgage Originators” are examples of specific strategies he’s modeled from world-class sales and marketing professionals in a variety of industries.
Alexander has presented for the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University. His corporate client list includes Toshiba, Nevada Corporate Planners, Pulte Del Web, Blue Green Land and Golf Corporation, The Army Corps of Engineers, Paramount Home Entertainment , Circuit City, and hundreds more.
Alexander specializes in quantum leaping people to a whole new level. His trainings don’t just help people improve; they put people on an entirely new level.
