This is a complete module on Kaizen, and a special application of it I created called Personal Gemba Kaizen™. Gemba means "the real place" or "the place of action" and Kaizen is "ongoing, incremental improvement". So Gemba Kaizen literally means incremental and ongoing improvement at the place of action. In sales, 'Gemba' may be the telephone, or the place you hold face to face appointments. Kaizen is most famous for it's use in corporations for increasing productivity and output by raising standards, minimizing errors and eliminating waste. But Kaizen is actually the art of improvement itself, and in this training you'll learn how to apply it directly to the 7 core phases of the sales process. Namely:

Your Chain of Gold
Your ongoing sales performance is a dynamic system; a set of skills, habits, beliefs and actions that could be described as a beautiful chain of gold. So what's the weak link in your chain? What's the one aspect of your sales system that limits all the rest? In t his module we'll identify it. I'll help you clarify it precisely so you can start working on improving it in measurable ways. You'll leave this training with a personal plan of action steps for improving the weak link in your personal sales system. More importantly, you'll learn how to apply the theory of constraints to your sales career so you can use it for the rest of your life. The set of techniques you'll learn are based on Goldratt's original theory of constraints and on the work of William Dettmer. They'll show you how to the break the constraints to world class performance.

NLP rapport skills include several abilities. Among them are increasing your feelings of connection in any relationship, improved listening skills, communicating with an outcome in mind, developing trust and credibility more rapidly and noticing and using the non verbal responses of others. In the project, I was hired to behaviorally model Bluegreen's top sales people and referral getters and teach their strategies to the rest of the sales force. The top 2% of Mortgage Originators in the U.S. were also modeled.
