Ambassador Affiliate Agreement
Terms and Conditions

This agreement constitutes the entire set of terms and conditions for participating in the LasVegasSeminars.com Ambassador Program.

1. The Ambassador is hereby given permission to promote the seminars, trainings and services of LasVegasSeminars.com providing they adhere to the Promotional Format and Guidelines below.

2. The Ambassador will use only the printed and online promotional materials that have been approved and provided by LasVegasSeminars.com

Online email marketing is allowed so long as emails are sent only to the Ambassador's database of contacts or known friends, colleagues or associates only. No SPAM is allowed. All emails sent out by the Affiliate must be approved by LasVegasSeminars.com.

3. Ambassadors will only be credited and paid on new contacts and not those already enrolled in LasVegasSeminars.com trainings.

4. Ambassadors will only be credited for contacts that are not already in the LasVegasSeminars.com database or are already linked to another Ambassador.

5. Ambassadors are not allowed to register for any course or service offered by LasVegasSeminars.com using their own Ambassador number.

6. The Ambassador is responsible for maintaining a current email address. LasVegasSeminars.com is not responsible for emails not received from Ambassadors.

7. LasVegasSeminars.com reserves the right to change any part of this agreement at any time.

8. Commissions due to the Ambassador are payable once the commissionable items have been paid for and fulfilled.

9. The Ambassador agrees not to use SPAM in any form to market or promote LasVegasSeminars.com seminars and trainings.

10. LasVegasSeminars.com reserves the right to refuse any person or company the right to participate in our Ambassador Affiliate Program at our discretion.

11. LasVegasSeminars.com has the right to terminate this agreement at any time at it's sole discretion. Notice of such termination will be made in writing.

12. Ambassador agrees to release and hold LasVegasSeminars.com harmless from any and all liability pertaining to direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or loss of revenue arising under or with respect to this agreement.

13. Ambassador is an independent contractor and not an employee, agent or partner of LasVegasSeminars.com. Ambassador agrees to file and pay all appropriate taxes on commissions received.

14. This agreement supercedes any verbal agreement made between the two parties and constitutes the entire agreement between the two parties.

15. Only those who are approved by and receive Ambassador numbers from LasVegasSeminars.com may operate as Ambassadors of LasVegasseminars.com.

16. In case of any disagreement between the two parties, the state of jurisdiction for resolution shall be Nevada and the county shall be in the greater Las Vegas area.

17. Participation in the Ambassador program signifies agreement to the terms and conditions stated on this page.

18. Should any part of this agreement be determined to be unenforceable, the rest of the contract shall be considered valid and active.

19. LasVegasSeminars.com is not responsible for human or computer error when a person is registering while using an Ambassador link. In addition we are not liable to you for failure on your part to properly use our online web link.

20. The right to attend any course offered by LasVegasSeminars.com may not be assigned or transferred to any other party for any reason. All attendee registrations must originate from LasVegasSeminars.com.

21. The 'commissionable Amount' of any training or seminar on which the Ambassador may receive a commission is the contracted dollar amount we receive after all discounts, special promotion offers etc. have been deducted. The Commissionable Amount will most often be less than the publicly advertised rate for the seminar and may be less than the amount that appears on our web site.

22. LasVegasSeminars.com is not responsible for losses that may be incurred or registrations un received that may occur due to temporary malfunction of our web site, it's forms and online registration and payment system.

23. LasVegasSeminars.com reserves the right to change this agreement in full or in part at any time. All Ambassadors will be notified of any changes by email.

24. Ambassadors may withdraw from this agreement at any time by notifying LasvegasSeminars.com in writing. Faxed letters and signatures will be deemed originals and binding.

25. Products sold at live events by LasVegasSeminars.com will not result in a commission to the Ambassador.

 

Promotional Format and Guidelines   a. Ambassadors shall receive a 10% commission of the Commissionable Amount for each program in which the Ambassador's contacts enroll. b. Ambassadors will be paid a commission on their own contacts only and will receive no commission for their contacts' referrals. This is a single tier affiliate program only. c. Introductory previews, family members, guest registration fees and re-attend fees are not commissionable. d. Commissions will be paid on individual courses and volume training packages only after the conditions of the package or training have been met and payment received from the attendee. e. Commissions will be paid to the the Ambassador within 90 days of the receipt of fees from the client and the training being delivered to the client. f. Any sales made that are later refunded to the client are not commissionable and no commission will be paid to the Ambassador in such cases. Adjustments will be made on the next scheduled commission payment if necessary. g. All clients are responsible for paying their own travel, meals and lodging expenses. h. "No-show" deposits collected prior to any training are not commissionable and no commission on such deposits will be paid the the Ambassador.
